Our regional and community colleges prepare people to contribute in technical and trades areas that are crucial to community and economic growth. Private colleges and schools provide training in niche areas where labour market demand exists. Additionally, various agencies and institutions support the labour force by providing basic education such as literacy and English as a Second Language.

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools
Serves more than 15,000 students in 6 high schools, 33 elementary schools and 2 associate schools. The purpose of Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools is to assist parents and the local church community in the formation of students in heart, mind, body and spirit.
Saskatoon Public School Division
The second largest school division in Saskatchewan with 44 elementary schools and 9 high schools in Saskatoon serving approximately 20,000 students.

An innovation leader in technical education and provides a comprehensive range of education programs and services through its four urban campuses.
University of Saskatchewan
The only university in Canada to house six life science colleges: Agriculture, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy & Nutrition, and Veterinary Medicine, as well as a major teaching hospital on the same campus. McKay Career Training Inc.
Students learn in practical laboratories specially designed to simulate “real-world” clinics, offices, and studios. The teaching staff are experienced, professional, and because of small class sizes, every student benefits from individualized instruction and one-on-one attention. McKay Career Training is registered with Saskatchewan Post-Secondary Education and Skills Training.
